Security Deposit - 5 weeks rent for annual rental under £50,000, or 6 weeks rent for annual rental over £50,000

Rent - The agreed monthly rent

Changes to tenancy - Capped at £50 no VAT

Early termination charge - Not exceeding the landlord’s financial losses

Late payment of rent - None. Unless specifically stated in the Tenancy Agreement

Replacement keys - Locksmith Charges paid by the tenant

Utilities, council tax, communication services, TV Licence etc - Tenants own responsibility unless otherwise stated in contract

This service is suitable for landlords who live close to the property they are letting and are able to deal with repairs and maintenance. Prime Properties GB Ltd provides rental evaluation, marketing, selection and credit checking of potential tenants, as well as negotiating the tenancy in line with your instructions. (8%)

Management

This service is suited to landlords who want assurance of regular rent and are able to deal with all repairs and tenant liaison. As well as all aspects of the Straight Let service and Prime Properties GB Ltd will ensure that you receive a regular monthly income from your property (10%)

Introduction of Tenant Commission Capped at 8% of Annual Rent

Management Commission Capped at 10% of Monthly Rent
